Research Intern Required
raFT Consulting is looking for an Intern to help them with the following
- Technical Recruiter
Candidates need to have the following: Skills and Attributes
1. Knowledge of MS Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
2. Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
3. Screen resumes to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
4. Conduct initial interviews to shortlist potential hires.
5. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
6. Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
9. Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
10. Has great communication skills and can work in a team
11. Can commute to the office 6 days a week ( office in Noida)
The internship will be for 3 months (paid) – if the candidate comes up the curve a suitable job will be offered, in the same company.
