According to ILO-Gallup report “28 percent of males want the women in their family to have jobs they are paid for, 29 percent want them to remain home only, and 38 percent want them to be able to do both. Women who are employed full-time globally are more likely to favour circumstances that allow them to manage work and personal responsibilities. Higher educated individuals, both men and women, are also more likely to favour having women care for others in addition to working at paid occupations.”
